AS IT IS building inspection reports are independent. Property vendors and selling agents NEVER influence our inspections or reports.
If you purchase the report for $99.00, and you are the successful purchaser you also agree to pay a buyer report fee of $220.00. We then attach your name to the reports with relevant insurance. If you are not successful with the purchase of the property you only pay $99.00.
